  • What is TIMS and what do kids do in the workshop?

    TIMS is a two-day immersive workshop where children write, illustrate, and publish their own digital storybooks while enhanced by AI tools like MidJourney. They learn storytelling through the Pixar framework, design their own book, and record their narration.

  • Do kids write the story or use AI?

    The children write the stories offline themselves, using the Pixar storytelling framework to guide them in crafting meaningful, original narratives. Our creative AI lab teaches them to create the illustrations and animations for their storybook.

  • What skills will my child learn?

    Children build confidence in: Creative writing and storytelling, emotional literacy and self-expression, digital and AI design, verbal communication and presentation, and collaboration and self-reflection.

  • Is this just a fun activity or an educational program?

    While TIMS is playful and engaging, it’s designed as an intentional learning experience. We focus on storytelling, digital skills, and emotional development - not just entertainment.

  • What is the Reflection Report and why is it important?

    Each child receives a personalised Reflection Report, developed with child psychologists and art therapists. It reveals emotional themes and strengths through their story and includes an archetype that gives insight into their personality and growth.

  • What' s the age group for this program?

    Ages 8-13 - this range creates the perfect environment for collaborative learning and peer mentorship

  • How do mixed ages interact in a group?

    Our mixed-age format naturally encourages mentorship and builds confidence across different age groups, with sessions limited to 10 participants maximum to ensure personalized attention for every child's unique learning style and pace.

  • Where is the program located?

    The workshop is always located in central Singapore (exact venue details will be confirmed closer to the program date)

  • How long is this program?

    This is a 13-hour program spanning 2 days from 10:30AM to 5:00 PM with structured breaks.

  • Will lunch be included?

    Yes, we will provide a healthy lunch and light snacks catered to your child's dietary requirements.

  • What do parents need to prepare before the program?

    Please ensure your child brings a fully charged laptop or iPad/ tablet (keyboard recommended) and their charger.

  • How do I book a spot for my child?

    Simply fill out the interest form on our main page or email hello@thisismystory.io. Spots are limited to 10 children per session for individualised attention.

  • How much does it cost, and what’s included?

    The full experience is SGD $497 or $355 during early-bird and includes:

    - 2 full-day sessions
    - Digital storybook with voice narration
    - Personalised Reflection Report
    - Use of AI design tools and templates
    - All materials and catered lunch

  • Is there a virtual version of the workshop?

    Yes, we are launching online options soon, which can also be tailored for time zones outside Singapore. Let us know your interest to stay updated.
